Sarah Birdwell

Co-Owner/LBA

Sarah graduated from East Tennessee State University with a bachelors of Science in communication studies and a minor in communicative disorders in 2013. She attended Ball State University obtaining a Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in Autism in 2016. Following her master’s degree, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior analyst.  

In her free time: Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their two kids Bowan and Carter and spending time outside.

Wendi Minutolo

Co-Owner/LBA

Wendi received a Bachelors in Psychology from East Tennessee State University in 2013. She received a Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. With this, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2016. Wendi has been in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2013. She started out as a Registered Behavior Technician and upon passing the board exam moved to being a Behavior Analyst/LBA

In her spare time, Wendi enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, their children Everett, Jasper, and Peyton, and their two dogs.
